This so reminds me of my nephew, he's 26. He got a cancer diagnosis when he was 19, beat it, and the first thing he did after that was pack a backpack and fly to Japan, alone, not knowing anything, because what the hell, because he wanted to see the place, because my brother, his dad (who died way too young), loved the place, because I loved the place, and it talks to us through books, art, and the mind. Hi Brendan.
Hi Martine, first of all, it’s outstanding to hear that you nephew is cancer-free. It’s sad that near-death experiences are sometimes what wakes us up to living our fullest lives. But survivors are strong. The horrors and triumphs we are given can either break or forge us into the lions we must become. Sounds like you’re nephew is among the latter.
Good stuff! We are writing for the future and we won't be here then. So do it now.
This is easily one of my biggest motivators.
When will this be available for preorder?
If all goes as planned, early to mid Oct 😊
It sounds great, I look forward to it.

And so are you, a gift to all of us, readers. Take care.
Thanks so much, you too.
